Terms of Service

1. The service
HabitRun ("we", "us") provides a habit tracker at habitrun.com. By creating an account you agree to these terms.
2. Lifetime access
Access to HabitRun costs a one-time payment of $1 USD. It is not a subscription and will not renew. "Lifetime" means for as long as we operate the service.
3. Commitments
Commitments are optional. When you add a commitment to a daily habit, you authorize us to charge the saved card the amount you selected ($1–$25) for each calendar day, in your chosen timezone, that ends at 11:59 PM without a check-in for that habit. Raising, lowering or removing a commitment takes effect immediately, including for the current day. Commitment charges are the agreed consequence of a missed day and are non-refundable, except where we made an error or where required by law.
4. Honest use
Check-ins are self-reported. Please check in only when you have actually completed (or avoided) the habit.
5. Payments
Payments are processed by Stripe. Your card details are stored by Stripe, not by us. If a charge fails, we may notify you and ask you to update your card.
6. Your account
Keep your login details safe. You can stop using HabitRun at any time, and delete your account and data from Settings.
7. Disclaimer
HabitRun is provided "as is". We work hard to keep it reliable, but we can't guarantee it will always be available or error-free. To the extent permitted by law, our total liability is limited to the amounts you paid us in the previous 12 months.
8. Changes
We may update these terms. If we make material changes we will let you know by email.
