RS Low-Cost Lead-Free Solder Wire
This lead free solder wire from RS is a great value, low cost alternative to the more expensive, branded solder wire available.
Of course, lower cost does not mean a lower standard of wire and this solder wire features a patented alloy that will actively prolong soldering iron tip life, as well as being suitable for soldering all RoHS compliant products.
The flux formulation of this solder wire is ideal for wetting common Printed Circuit Boards (PCBs) and components as it leaves behind a clear residue that can be easily removed with dry brushing for a cleaner look or safely left on the PCB after soldering.

Flux classification per J-STD 004 is ROL0 which leaves a highly reliable post soldering residue.
