Nylon 66 - MoS2 Filled
Modified by addition of Molybdenum Disulpide. Low friction and self-lubricating. Capable of high temperatures and high mechanical strength. High abrasive and ultra-violet light resistant. Suitable for bushes, bearings, gears and wheels etc.,Nylon 66 is unaffected by chlorinated hydrocarbons. Weak acids (pH3) will produce signs of mild attack and strong acids (pH3) will quickly cause decomposition. Exposure to alkalis (pH11) and hot water will cause dimensional change due to absorption. Black in color
