Panasonic SF4 Safety Light Curtains
The Panasonic SF4 series is a Type 4 Safety Light Curtain available in either an aluminum housing (SF4B) or a polycarbonate housing (SF4C). The compact size of these light curtains mean they can be mounted flush to a machine frame, thus minimizing the device clearance, all while maintaining zero dead zone coverage. The built-in multi-function indicator can be used to easily verify operation at a glance, or used as a muting indicator to decrease the number of peripherals needed in the safety circuit. The SF4 light curtains have high-end functionality built-in, including muting, fixed/floating blanking and EDM control. Typical applications include table top worstations, muting for feeding machines and guarding space around a welding robot.
