Featuring Impact-Resistant PC 10% Fiberglass Construction
Bud Industries' PTS Series enclosures are high-impact-resistant, rated to NEMA 4X and 6 standards, and feature IP67 protection. They are made of gray polycarbonate (PC) resins combined with 10% glass fibers. This combination offers an extremely robust and long-lasting enclosure that can displace metal enclosures in some cases. The PTS Series is suitable for outdoor use with respect to UV light exposure, water exposure, and immersion, in accordance with UL 746C. It also offers good chemical resistance.
